I hope things are going well over there , I’m missing the fantastic meetings and all my astronomy friends back home. I’ve just found my first dark sky viewing area, which I’m hoping to visit lots of times. I have just joined Kingston Royal Astronomical Society so I will keep you posted with any updates, Lennox and Addington dark sky viewing area is an hour from my home town Kingston Ontario. Too cold at the moment to view ,-35degress today but a great place to view the Milky Way in May and June so role on summer.

There are  a couple of photos from my journey back home from work . The middle photo is Denbigh lake which is frozen over.  People dig holes in the lake and put tents around them whilst they fish.  Some locals drive across on snow mobiles but I don’t fancy that. lol .
